Amber

Amber is the fossil remains of ancient tree resins.  As these resins flowed from the trees they sometimes  trapped insects and other small life forms, preserving them for millions of years.
This 3 cm sample of amber comes from Columbia. It contains some unidentified spherical inclusions. The spheres appear to be a trapped liquid. Close inspection suggests they could also be some type of egg with what appears to be an "embryonic" type of structure inside.
